Additional Pictures from Epstein Estate Disclosed by Democratic Party US Lawmakers

Development plans for the financier's private Caribbean island featured within the photographs.

Additionally featured in this new image release appears to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, located in the Caribbean US territory.

Epstein purchased a smaller island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the more expansive Great St James in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.

The released images suggest he had created ambitious plans to develop the sprawling island by building residences, an performance venue, an submerged workspace and a reservoir.

You can see the plan is a local waterway, a marine passage in the US Virgin Islands, marked on the bottom right.

The site plan is covered in red pen markings and features a legend identifying different sections of the property.

Accompanying this are what seem to be an additional nine construction diagrams and architectural plans, such as layouts for dock shelters.

More materials made public as part of the continuing oversight release.
